Terms and Conditions of acamea Holiday Home:

1. Booking and Payment:
   • Reservations can be made through our website or other online channels.
   • Please contact our staff in advance for any special requests.
   • Payment options include online credit card payment, cash or credit card so like Maestro debit card payment at check-in.
   • Non-refundable bookings require full payment of the reserved price at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled.
   • Refundable bookings can be cancelled for free up to 7 days before check-in and require a credit card number as a guarantee at the time of booking. Please contact our staff in advance for any cancellations. For late cancellation or default of appearance (no show), one night's rate will be charged as a matter of principle.
2. Check-in and Check-out:
   • Check-in is available after 3:00 PM and check-out is required by 10:30 AM at the latest.
   • Before checking out, please confirm that you have paid the accommodation fee, tourist tax and other additional fees. Please note that the price on this website does not include tourist tax. The tourist tax is CHF 3.25 per person per night for guests aged 14 and above.
   • Please contact our staff in advance for any late check-out requests. acamea Holiday Home reserves the right to make the final decision and may charge an additional fee.
3. Check-in Requirements:
   • Correct identification documents are required at check-in.
   • Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables. acamea Holiday Home is not responsible for your personal items.
   • Pets are allowed (fee required) , subject to relevant regulations and conditions, including but not limited to pet size, breed, quantity, and behavior requirements.
4. Safety and Security:
   • In case of any emergency, please contact our staff for assistance, and we will provide timely support.
   • If you notice any safety hazards or concerns, please inform our staff promptly.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance:
   • Daily cleaning is not provided, but please contact our staff if needed. A fee of CHF 30 will apply for each cleaning service.
   • Please keep the room clean and tidy and do not move or damage any facilities or items. Please inform our staff promptly of any damage or loss and pay the corresponding fee.
6. Other Terms:
   • Please abide by local rules and laws and avoid noise and disturbance so as not to disturb other guests and neighbors.
   • We reserve the right to cancel the booking or refuse guests who do not comply with our policies or who cause disruption.
   • These terms and conditions constitute a contract between acamea Holiday Home and the guest. Guest check-in signifies agreement to these terms and conditions.
   • acamea Holiday Home reserves the right to modify and update these terms and conditions as needed and will inform guests in a timely manner before check-in.

   • Erstattungsfähige Buchungen können bis zu 7 Tagen vor dem Check-in kostenlos storniert werden und erfordern eine Kreditkartennummer als Garantie zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung. Bitte kontaktieren Sie unser Personal im Voraus für Stornierungen. Bei verspäteter Stornierung oder Nichterscheinen (No Show) wird grundsätzlich eine Übernachtung verrechnet.
2. Check-in und Check-out:
   • Der Check-in ist nach 15:00 Uhr möglich und der Check-out muss bis spätestens 10:30 Uhr erfolgen.
   • Bestätigen Sie vor dem Auschecken, dass Sie die Unterkunftsgebühr, die Kurtaxe und andere zusätzliche Kosten bezahlt haben. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Preis auf dieser Website die Kurtaxe nicht beinhaltet. Die Kurtaxe beträgt CHF 3.25 pro Person und Nacht für Gäste ab 14 Jahren.
   • Bitte kontaktieren Sie unser Personal im Voraus für späte Check-out-Anfragen. acamea Holiday Home behält sich das Recht vor, die endgültige Entscheidung zu treffen und kann eine zusätzliche Gebühr erheben.
3. Check-in Anforderungen:
   • Bei der Anreise sind korrekte Identifikationsdokumente erforderlich.
   • Bitte achten Sie auf Ihre persönlichen Gegenstände und Wertsachen. acamea Holiday Home ist nicht für Ihre persönlichen Gegenstände verantwortlich. Bitte lassen Sie Ihre Wertgegenstände nicht außerhalb Ihres Zimmers oder in öffentlichen Bereichen liegen, um Verluste zu vermeiden.

   • Bitte halten Sie das Zimmer sauber und ordentlich und bewegen oder beschädigen Sie keine Einrichtungen oder Gegenstände. Bitte informieren Sie unser Personal umgehend über Schäden oder Verluste und zahlen Sie die entsprechende Gebühr.
6. Weitere Bedingungen:
   • Bitte halten Sie sich an die örtlichen Vorschriften und Gesetze und vermeiden Sie Lärm und Störungen, um andere Gäste und Nachbarn nicht zu stören.
   • Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die Buchung zu stornieren oder Gäste abzulehnen, die unsere Richtlinien nicht einhalten oder Störungen verursachen.
   • Diese Geschäftsbedingungen stellen einen Vertrag zwischen acamea Holiday Home und dem Gast dar. Der Check-in des Gasts bedeutet Zustimmung zu diesen Geschäftsbedingungen.
